Monthly Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release – Reset & Restore

This 90-minute monthly Yin Yoga class blends long, supported holds with myofascial release and gentle acupressure, giving both body and mind the chance to unwind deeply.
Held every first Sunday of the month at 4pm at The Open Space, this is the perfect way to slow down, reconnect, and begin your week feeling open and refreshed.
