Our Workshops
ACRO YOGA
Part yoga, part acrobatics, part genuine human connection. In this intro session you’ll explore the fundamentals of Acro Yoga, including balancing, counterbalancing and simple flying.
You’ll take turns as base, flyer and spotter, learning to communicate clearly, trust your body and support someone else. It builds strength, balance and awareness, and shows how quickly connection grows when you work towards something together.
Every pose is taught from the ground up, and no experience or partner is needed. Laughter is guaranteed along the way, and you’ll come away with new skills and a few good stories for dinner.
Your breath is with you all day, and it shapes how you feel. This workshop gives you time to explore grounding breaths, which help the body settle, and activating breaths, which are fuller and faster, creating heat, energy and intensity in the body.
Staying with activating breaths for extended periods can build your capacity to remain steady and present through the challenges of everyday life. Everyone experiences their practice differently, whether that’s sensations, emotions or stillness.
There is no right way to experience it. Intensity is yours to set at every point.
WORKSHOP 2

It was like a bougie gay version of summer camp. In the winter.

Being myself without having to hide part of me. Not having to explain my sexuality.

The retreat was an island of serenity, connection and calm in an ocean of the stresses and busyness of life.

Like the Love Island house, but instead of going on dates, you go and do yoga. So it's Yoga Island.
