Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for the Come In from the Cold: Gay Men's 4-Day Retreat, taking place 3 to 6 September 2026 at Cape Schanck, Mornington Peninsula (the "Retreat"). By submitting a room request and making payment, you agree to the following.
1. Definitions
We / us / our means the Retreat organisers (Will + Justin)
You / guest means the person making a booking, and any additional guest included in the booking
Deposit means the non-refundable amount paid to secure a place on the Retreat
Retreat start date means 3 September 2026
All references to prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
2. Room requests and confirmation
Submitting the online form is a room request, not a confirmed booking
If your requested room is available, we will email payment details and hold the room for 24 hours
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your $500 deposit per person
3. Payment and due dates
You may pay in full at time of booking, or choose deposit plus 2 instalments:
Instalment 1 — 1 July 2026
Instalment 2 — 1 August 2026
If an instalment is not paid by its due date, we may cancel the booking and release the room.
Earlybird pricing is offered until 15 July 2026. Any bookings after will be subject to standard pricing (early bird rate + AUD $300 pp).
4. Inclusions and exclusions

Transport to and from the venue
Personal expenses
5. Transport and carpooling
Guests are responsible for making their own way to and from the Retreat venue. We are happy to connect guests who would like to arrange carpooling in the month prior to the Retreat.
6. Dietary requirements and allergies
Please disclose all allergies and dietary requirements at time of booking and update us if anything changes. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment. All meals will be plant-based/vegan foods.
7. Health, fitness, and participation
The Retreat includes yoga, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and other movement practices. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically able to participate. If you have any injuries or health concerns, we recommend seeking advice from your GP before attending. You agree to participate at your own pace and within your personal limits.
8. Risk and liability
Participation in Retreat activities is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft incurred during the Retreat. You are responsible for any medical costs or emergency treatment you may incur.
9. Accessibility
The Retreat venue is split level and includes stairs. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns about accessibility.
10. Conduct and community standards
This Retreat is a space for wellbeing, connection, and community. You agree to behave respectfully toward other guests and your hosts. Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory behaviour, or conduct that makes others feel unsafe will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be provided in this circumstance.
11. Alcohol and drugs
The Retreat is alcohol and drug free.
12. Photography and privacy
We may take photos or videos during the Retreat for marketing and community purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know in writing before the Retreat.
13. Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@willandjustin.com.
Cancellation on/before 15 July 2026 - full refund minus $500 deposit
Cancellation after 15 July 2026 - no refund provided
No show - no refund
The deposit of $500 per person is non-refundable in all circumstances
If we cancel the Retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid including the deposit
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law
14. Changes to the program
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, facilitators, or activities due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.
15. Force majeure
If the Retreat cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disaster, severe weather, or venue closure, we will notify you as soon as possible. Section 13 (If we cancel the Retreat) will apply.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
