Most of us are too busy. It’s challenging to truly look after ourselves, to find the time to make a plan, and to actually stick to it beyond the first burst of motivation.
On top of that, social media overloads us with complicated, conflicting advice that leaves us paralysed.
The result is often good intentions, but very little that actually lasts.
That’s where we come in.

How is our coaching delivered:
A 45-minute fresh start consult based on your deep health assessment, so we really understand where you’re at and where you want to be
Weekly video-calls (30 mins) to stay motivated, ask questions, and problem-solve when things get sticky
Chat support between sessions, because we want you to succeed!
Six-week blocks to break big goals into achievable practice and actions
Next Coaching Start Date: Monday 16 February
We begin new coaching relationships on set start dates so we can complete your health assessment and prepare your plan properly before we begin.

App access with your workout plans, videos, and the ability to track your progress
Your programme refreshed every six weeks to ensure it’s still supporting your goals

We create your programme in the Trainerize app.
You log your workouts (reps, weight, etc) and can sync your smartwatch so we can see the full picture.
Each 6-weeks we access and update your programme.

In your weekly check-ins, we review what went well, what got in the way, and what we want to focus on next.
You can message us with questions, send videos for technique feedback, and bring anything that comes up during the week.
Nutrition
Honestly, most people don’t need complicated nutrition advice or more lemon-water detox diets.
Eating to support your goals is a skill you can learn. We break that skill down into actionable, sustainable habits and practices.
No restrictive meal plans or calorie counting required.

Your own nutrition guide, based on your unique life and goals
An intuitive system using your hands to measure your food (because you always have your hands)
Actionable steps and weekly habits, rather than rigid structure

We break down nutrition skills (like eating enough protein, getting more fibre, or building balanced meals) into small practices and actions.
For example, if the practice is eating enough protein, your action might be adding one palm of protein to breakfast, or aiming for a certain number of palms across the day.

In your weekly check-ins, we review what went well, what felt hard, and what habits we want to adjust or add for the upcoming week.
We’ll provide simple resources to support you (like a food guide showing good sources of protein), and you can message us with questions throughout the week.
Investment
We get it. Most of us don’t love talking about money. And while we’d happily accept hugs, our bank unfortunately doesn’t accept them for mortgage repayments.
We care deeply about offering a quality service and giving each client the time, care, and attention they deserve. We’re not outsourcing your coaching to AI or taking 50+ clients per week.
Ongoing coaching runs in 6-week blocks for $119 per week.
Your 45-minute fresh start consult and initial coaching session (valued at $249) is free.
Fresh Start Planning Session Only
A focused, one-off session to get clear on your next steps. This is a good option for those who want a plan without ongoing support.
Each consult includes:
45-minute fresh start consult to understand your goals, routine, and challenges
A 30-minute coaching session to walk through your plan and make it practical
The investment is $249*.
* Add the second service for $119, including a 60-minute extended delivery session.
* Track your personal training programme in Trainerize for $19 per week.

Not at all! Often clients will think they need to start themselves and then work with us once they’ve improved their fitness and/or nutrition.
But we’re hear to help you, and often starting is the hardest part!
Don’t wait. There is never a perfect time, but the best time is now.

We find a regular day and time for our session each week. This consistency is important for accountability.

We can certainly coach you on nutrition, habits and getting more movement in your life.
If you have little experience working out on the gym floor by yourself, a personalised programme might not be the best place to start.
We recommend that you work with an in-person trainer to learn technique to be safe and get the most out of your training.
Some clients may work with us for their programme and coaching, and have an in-person trainer to help them with their workouts.

Meeting with the same coach each week is important for continuity across your coaching journey.
