ONLINE COACHING
A grounded approach to building habits, confidence, and trust in your body over time.
You have probably been here before. The six-weeks-to-a-six-pack PDF that was too good to be true. The Hollywood celebrity diet that was genuinely great until the work trip on day five. The half-inflated swiss ball in your spare room that promised to change your posture and your life.
The intention was real. The effort was genuine. The approach just wasn't built for you.
We work with queer men who are ready for something built around their real life. The whole messy, busy, imperfect version of it.
This is for queer men who are ready to feel good without it being a full-time job.
Those who want to move well, eat in a way that actually works, and build a relationship with themselves that doesn't leverage shame and guilt as a motivator.
Those who want a coach who is genuinely invested in how things are actually going for them. Someone who listens, adjusts, and cares whether any of this is working for you.
And those who are tired of feeling like if they just had more discipline, more willpower or more time, it would all click into place.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We are Will and Justin.
We are partners in life and in this work. We are personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and yoga teachers. We are also queer men who left corporate careers because we wanted to build something that felt real. Not just talk, but actual change in people's lives.
We have both been the person who knew what they should be doing and still couldn't quite make it stick. Who followed a plan that looked great on paper until real life showed up and had other ideas. That experience is not incidental to how we coach. It is the whole point.
We coach the way we wished we had been coached. With honesty, without judgment, and with genuine investment in the person in front of us.
We also want to be clear about something. We are not perfect. We believe in balance, sustainability, and that a life with no dessert is a fate worse than death. We are building a healthier life alongside you, not performing one from a distance.
And we will never, ever make you feel bad for being you.
What actually changes when you work with us.
For a lot of queer men wellbeing has always felt like one more thing to get right. One more area where they are quietly falling short with guilt gnawing in the background.
That starts to shift when the approach actually fits. When someone is genuinely in your corner. When progress stops depending on being perfect and starts depending on showing up as you are.
You start building something that bends with your life instead of competing with it.
There will be harder weeks. That is not failure, that is just life. What changes is how you meet those moments, with curiosity instead of self-criticism.
This is not a 12-week transformation challenge. It is the beginning of a different relationship with your body, your habits, and yourself.
Here is how it actually works.
Coaching runs in six-week blocks. We break things into practices and actions you can actually build on, review what is working, and adjust as we go. No dramatic overhauls.
We also know that training and nutrition don't exist in isolation. Sleep, stress, recovery, and the habits that hold everything together are part of the conversation.
To start
Before anything else, we do a 45-minute deep health assessment. We want to understand where you are, how your life actually works, what you have tried before, and what you are genuinely looking for. This session is complimentary and covered in your first block.
Each week
A 30-minute video call with your coach (Will or Justin) the same person every week. We review how things went, what got in the way, what we want to focus on next.
Between sessions, you can message us with questions, send videos for technique feedback, or just share what is coming up. Real life does not wait for Tuesdays.
Personal training
We build a personalised training programme around your goals, your current fitness, and the life you are actually living. Not the life you plan to have once things settle down.
Your programme lives in the Trainerize app, where you can follow workouts with videos, log what you do, and sync your smartwatch so we can see the full picture.
Nutrition
Most people do not need complicated nutrition advice. They need something that makes sense, that's doable, and that does not fall apart the moment life gets busy.
We build your nutrition approach around a simple, flexible framework, no rigid meal plans, no calorie counting required (unless you'd like to work that way).
We eat a plant-based diet ourselves. That is our choice, not a prescription. We work with all ways of eating and we are genuinely good at it.
Eating well is a skill. We help you learn it in a way that sticks.
Investment
We will be honest with you about money the same way we are honest about everything else.
Ongoing coaching runs in six-week blocks at $119 per week. Your 45-minute consult at the start is complimentary.
We work with a small number of clients at a time. That is deliberate. It means you get real attention, not a templated experience. We are not outsourcing your coaching to an algorithm or managing fifty clients on the side. When you message us, it is actually us.
Ready to find out if this is the right fit?
Book a free 20-minute intro call with Will or Justin. We will talk through where you are at, what you are looking for, and whether working together makes sense. You might leave with a coach. You might leave with a clearer picture of what you actually need. Either way, you will leave with something useful.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. A lot of people think they need to get themselves to a certain point before they are ready to work with a coach. That is a bit like cleaning your house before the cleaner arrives.
We are here to help you from wherever you are right now. Often starting is the hardest part. We make that easier.
-
We find a regular day and time that works for you (Monday to Friday) and keep it consistent each week.
That consistency matters more than it sounds. It becomes a reliable touchpoint in your week rather than something you have to reschedule around.
-
We can absolutely coach you on nutrition, habits, and building more movement into your life.
If you have very little experience training on a gym floor alone, we would recommend also working with an in-person trainer to get confident with technique and safety. Some clients do both and it works really well.
-
As fun as that would be, you can choose to work with Will or Justin.
Meeting with the a same coach each week is important for continuity across your coaching journey.
-
No. Rigid meal plans are better for body builders, professional models and athletes who need extreme results in a specific time frame.
We focus on flexible frameworks and skills that hold up in real life, not just on good weeks.
-
Yes! For ongoing clients, most will choose a primary focus to start with.
We can weave in the other as you're ready
-
Your personalised programme can help support your goals, whether you’re wanting to improve your overall fitness, get stronger, build muscle, support weight loss, increase mobility and flexibility etc.
-
We offer a one-off planning session for people who want clarity on their next steps without committing to ongoing support.
You get a 45-minute consult to understand your goals, routine, and what has been getting in the way, followed by a 30-minute session to walk through a practical plan together for $249.
A lot of people come in thinking they just need a plan and leave realising they want more. Either way, it is a good place to start.
