Experience the perfect blend of Yin Yoga, fascia release and acupressure. This 90 minute class is designed to restore, release tension and calm the mind. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned practitioner, this session meets you where you are.

  • Long, supported holds to release tension and improve mobility

  • Myofascial release techniques to ease tightness and increase range of motion

  • Gentle self-applied acupressure points to enhance relaxation and energetic balance

  • Props provided for optimal comfort and support

  • Two experienced instructors offering personalised adjustments (optional) and pose variations
