Acro Yoga is a playful mix of yoga and partner movement where two people work together to build strength, balance, and trust. One person supports (the base) while the other lifts off the ground (the flyer), creating fun shapes and flows. In this beginner workshop, you'll learn the basics in a safe, supportive space—no experience needed!
