At the heart of the programme are yogic tools for self-awareness and growth.
You’ll move through three distinct phases that help you reconnect, realign, and transform — inside and out.

Phase 1: Svadyaya (Self-Study)

Slow down. Tune in. Get radically honest.
Build awareness around your movement, energy, and internal dialogue — without judgment.
Includes your first tailored training plan, habit-based nutrition tracking, and foundational breath and reflection tools.

Phase 2: Tapas (Disciplined Action)

Choose your hard. Keep showing up.
This is the gritty middle where you practise consistency — not perfection.
Your programme evolves with you: training becomes more intentional, nutrition sharpens, and we face what’s held you back before.

Phase 3: Ishvara Pranidhana (Letting Go & Trust)

Trust your body. Trust the process. Trust you.
This phase is about integration. You align your habits with your values, deepen awareness, and create sustainable momentum that lasts.
