What You Get

A personalised nutrition guide and a 30 minute consultation designed to work together to help you feel confident and clear about how to fuel your body.

Your guide is tailored to your goals and preferences, using a simple hand portion system instead of calorie counting. It gives you structure without rigidity, and helps you make choices that support your energy, training, and overall wellbeing. While we love the hand portion system, if you prefer to count calories, we can discuss that with you too.

In your consultation, we walk you through the guide step-by-step, explain how to use it in your daily life, and show you how to adjust it as your needs shift. You will have space to ask questions and get support around your routine, lifestyle, and any barriers you find challenging.

How It Works

Share your details, preferences, and goals. This gives us everything we need to create your personalised guide.

2. Receive your invoice
Once you submit the form, we will email your invoice for the $49 summer rate (usually $79). This confirms your place.

3. We create your guide
After your invoice is paid, we prepare your personalised guide based on the info you’ve provided.

4. Book your consultation
We’ll reach out to organise your 30-minute online session. In many cases we can book it in as little as two working days. During your consult, we’ll walk you through your guide and answer any questions you have.

FAQs

What if I have specific dietary needs or allergies?
Your guide can be aligned with styles such as vegetarian, fully plant-based, or Mediterranean, etc. If you are gluten-free or have other allergies, we will help you understand how to adjust the guide accordingly. We are not medical professionals, so for specific medical conditions we recommend checking with a healthcare provider.

How quickly can I start?
After you sign up and complete the form, we typically book your session in as little as two working days. If you need more time, that’s completely fine too.

What if I need more support later?
If questions come up after your consult, you are welcome to reach out. We are here to help you fine-tune your approach and feel supported moving forward.
