Ever feel like yoga classes move too quickly to really understand the poses? In this workshop, Will and Justin will slow things down and guide you through the key foundational poses and transitions that form the base of most yoga practices

Together, we’ll explore each pose typically cued in classes. Understanding alignment, breath and intention, while offering plenty of modifications to make it accessible for every body.

What to expect:

  • A guided breakdown of each pose within the Sun Salutation

  • Alignment tips and safe transitions between movements

  • Breath cues to link movement and intention

  • Hands-on adjustments and support (with consent)

  • Modifications and variations for all levels and bodies

  • Time to practice, explore and ask questions in a supportive setting
