This isn’t about nailing the hardest pose in the room. It’s about understanding alignment, learning safe progressions and discovering how to balance strength with ease.

You’ll move through a guided warm-up to prepare your wrists, shoulders and core, then explore each posture step by step with personalised tips and variations to suit your body and experience level.

Whether you’re brand new to balancing on your hands or looking to refine your technique, this session will help you feel strong, capable and more connected to your practice, on and off the mat.
