Terms & Conditions (including Health & Safety Waiver)
This covers yoga classes, workshops, and events.
1. General Terms
1.1 Welcoming & Inclusive Space
These classes and events are an affirming, welcoming space for all. We ask all participants to engage respectfully with instructors and each other, and to help keep the space safe and welcoming.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or future bookings to anyone whose conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.
1.2 Photo and Media Consent
From time to time, we may photograph or film classes and events for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let your instructor know before the session begins.
1.3 Instructor & Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to change instructors, venues, or session times where necessary. We'll notify you as far in advance as possible.
1.4 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
2. Payments & Cancellations
2.1 Classes
Classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules within this window forfeit the class payment, and rescheduling requires a new payment.
Class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
Prices are subject to change without notice; your existing pass or booking will honour the price you paid.
To cancel or reschedule, email hello@willandjustin.com.
2.2 Workshops & Events
Workshops and events have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules within this window forfeit payment, and rescheduling to future workshop or event requires a new payment.
Cancellation terms may vary by event. Please refer to the specific event listing for the exact policy that applies.
To cancel or reschedule, email hello@willandjustin.com.
3. Health & Safety Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Please read this section carefully.
3.1 General
Physical activity (including yoga, breathwork, contrast therapy, and fitness training) carries inherent risks. By booking, you confirm you're fit to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. If unsure, consult a doctor before attending, and disclose any injury, condition, or limitation (including pregnancy) to your instructor before the session begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Will & Justin, their instructors, and any venue partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any class, workshop, or event, except where caused by our negligence.
You understand that instructors will offer guidance and modifications, but that you are responsible for listening to your own body and working within your own limits at all times.
3.2 Yoga
Yoga and physical movement carry inherent risks, including muscle strain, joint injury, and aggravation of existing conditions.
3.3 Fitness Training
Fitness training (circuit style, cardio, and strength work) involves elevated heart rate and physical exertion, carrying the same general risks as other exercise (musculoskeletal injury, overexertion). You're responsible for working within your own fitness level and disclosing any relevant injury or condition before the session begins.
3.4 Breathwork
Breathwork practices can involve altered states of consciousness and intense physical, emotional, or psychological responses.
Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. You should not participate, or should seek medical clearance first, if you have (or are unsure whether you have) any of the following: cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, a diagnosed mental health condition (particularly psychosis, bipolar disorder, or PTSD), high blood pressure, glaucoma, or are pregnant.
You may pause or stop breathwork practice at any time if you feel unwell or unsafe.
3.5 Contrast Therapy
Contrast therapy involves exposure to hot and cold temperatures, which places stress on the cardiovascular system.
Contrast therapy is not suitable for everyone. You should not participate, or should seek medical clearance first, if you have (or are unsure whether you have) any of the following: heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, Raynaud's disease, circulatory conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, or circulation.
You participate in contrast therapy at your own discretion and are responsible for exiting hot or cold exposure at any point if you feel unwell, dizzy, or unsafe.
